Glp1 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the glp1 platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms apply to all glp1 platform users in Malaysia.
1Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the glp1 platform — including the website, mobile app, and any related services — you expressly agree to abide by and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and glp1 ("Platform"). They are supplementary to, and do not replace, any specific terms that may apply to particular products or services within the platform.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. The platform reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice beyond an announcement on the official website.
Age Requirement: glp1 services are available only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. glp1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
2Account Creation and Security
Account Registration
To access the full range of glp1 services, you are required to register a user account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
Glp1 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, including requesting verification documents such as a national ID, bank statement, or any other documents deemed necessary.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account will be treated as your own.
If you suspect that your account security has been compromised or that there has been unauthorised access, you must notify the glp1 support team immediately at [email protected]. The platform is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
3User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As a glp1 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are fully responsible for all actions and content you submit to the platform.
- Ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date
- Bet within your personal financial means
- Comply with all applicable game rules
- Report any technical issues or suspicious transactions
- Respect other users within the platform environment
- Fraud, identity falsification, or account misuse
- Use of unauthorised automation software, bots, or technical tools
- Attempting to exploit technical errors on the platform
- Any form of money laundering through the platform
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, account balance freeze, and legal action where necessary. glp1 reserves the right to take appropriate action based on the severity of the violation.
4Payment and Transaction Information
Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the glp1 platform are conducted in MYR. Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including online banking through FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. The list of available payment methods is subject to change from time to time.
Transaction Processing
Deposits are typically credited to your account within the stipulated timeframe upon payment confirmation. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may take longer depending on the method chosen. glp1 reserves the right to delay or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity.
Taxes and Fees
Users are responsible for understanding and fulfilling any tax obligations that may arise from winnings or transactions on the platform. glp1 is not responsible for informing or assisting users with their personal tax compliance. Any third-party transaction fees charged by payment providers are the user's responsibility.
5Account Policy, Liability Limits, and Termination
Account Suspension and Closure
Glp1 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from competent authorities, or at the platform's discretion. Users whose accounts have been suspended will be notified via their registered email.
If an account is closed due to a violation, glp1 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the irregular activity. For closures unrelated to violations, users may request a withdrawal of their remaining balance, subject to the relevant verification process.
Platform Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, glp1 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses due to technical disruptions, odds display errors, or processing delays.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or service availability. glp1 strives to keep the platform running consistently but cannot guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions.
6Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the glp1 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of glp1 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent.

The glp1 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply glp1's endorsement of or responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Users should review third-party terms separately before using their services.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Glp1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from use of the platform will be resolved through mutually agreed channels or through the relevant courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
